Insurance Coverage
In Canada, manual osteopathy is typically covered by private healthcare plans. After paying your fee in full, you will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement if applicable. Please contact your health insurance provider to inquire about the specific services and coverage included under your healthcare insurance plan.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be completed on your Oak Osteo online booking account. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Late cancelations and no shows will be billed at the full appointment fee. Making your cancellation as far in advance as possible helps to ensure that appointment times can be made available to other patients. Thank you for your understanding.

It is important to understand your needs and create a personalized plan, there will be treatment during the session, and it is recommended to book 1-2 Follow-Up Treatments ~1-2 week apart, these can later be changed if not required.
