Welcome to my corner of the internet! I'm Becky, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you.
Born and raised in Truro, Nova Scotia, I've always had a passion for mindful movement. I studied Dance Teacher Training, became a Personal Trainer, and completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training while earning my degree in Kinesiology.
My journey took me through 5 years of international travel across 6 countries, where I met inspiring people who deepened my love for studying movement and the human body.
With 10 years of teaching mindful movement, I pursued my dream of studying Osteopathy. I graduated with Honors with Distinction from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in Alberta.
As a Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT), I'm dedicated to helping you make peace with your body through hands-on treatments and mindful motion guidance. I believe in the deep connection between mind and body, aiming to keep them in harmony to reach our full potential

Beyond my professional work, I love the arts. You might find me playing guitar or sewing with naturally dyed fabrics. Nature inspires me, and I always seek new ways to stay connected to our roots.
My journey is about perseverance and freedom, believing that a disciplined mind and body set the soul free. I'm excited to embark on this next chapter with you. Thank you for joining me, and I look forward to connecting further!

I had such phenomenal changes after our last session, I’m blown away. Things released everywhere and my posture became so good that my body wouldn’t let me hunch over to even be on my phone! My bad hand seems to have gain significant mobility and decreased pain. I was able to go to my brother’s wedding after flying and driving 5 hours too!

Becky has taught me not only that my body wants to heal itself, but that it can. The best part about a session with Becky is knowing you’re not bound to the table for the long run, but rather you can build an understanding of yourself through her treatments to heal quicker on your own. Each time I go back, I feel less and less dependent on her, and this means more savings for me and more time for her to heal others. The world will heal as we heal ourselves.

Thanks so much for introducing me to Osteopathy. Although I didn’t have any specific problems to address when I first came to you, you did find some areas that could use some help. Not surprising in a 72 year old body! You were a very good communicator, always explaining what you were doing. I loved your gentle manner and felt safe in your hands.
