You come to me with open minds, asking the right questions, learning to see your bodies through a different lens—one that’s kind, inquisitive, and without obstruction. Together, we create a space to reflect on the patterns that shape who you are. As a manual therapist, I guide your physical self, easing pain and restoring balance, but it’s all in service of illuminating your true self.
